Katie R. Jobson, Ph.D.
Welcome to my page!
My name is Katie Jobson and I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow working with Dr. John Detre and Dr. David Wolk. During my Ph.D., I studied the role of the cerebellum in language and language development using diffusion-weighted MRI methods. In my current position, I aim to use arterial spin labeling (ASL) to investigate the changes to brain perfusion in those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease.
I have a passion for coding and use that skill to implement neuroimaging processing in an effective and open-source way! Check out the rest of my website for various coding workshops I have held throughout my time at Temple University working with the Coding Outreach Group.
I am currently living in Philadelphia, PA, USA. My favorite things to do are to travel, lift weights and try good food around the city!
